Ah, the good ol' days...
Despite the yellowed pages, it looks to be in good condition.
I spotted this half-buried relic at the FLGS and bought it for a mere $3 last night. I haven’t had the chance to look peruse its pages yet, but am sure it will be a very nostalgic read.
